Happy Holidays, and welcome to the second issue of our ‘Optimal Web Services for Small Business’ newsletter. Has everyone made their individual resolutions to improve body and soul? I have made several, among them a commitment to consistently improve the information we provide in this ezine, to give you the kind of compelling information that converts you into loyal readers.

Based on the feedback provided so far, I am making a change to our format. A number of you have written me praising the content in our inaugural issue. Thanks for your kind words.
